Symptoms


On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Security Privilege Customization

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A resource that is not assigned to any Organization can create contracts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Resources not assigned to Organizations must not be able to create contracts.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. CREATE THE USER
- Go to Manage users > Click on Create
- Set Last name, First name, Email, Username
- Set Person Type - Contingent Worker
- Set Legal Employer
- Business Unit
- Location and Manager
"Do not set any Organization"
- Save and close

2. ADD ROLES
- Go to Security console >Search for that user
- Add roles --> Contingent worker and Supplier Contract Administrator
- Save and Close

3. IDENTIFY USER AS RESOURCE
- Go to Resoruce Directory > Go to Identify resources
- Search for the newly created user
- Add it as resource > But do not set any Organization
- Save and close.

4. TEST AND CREATE A CONTRACT
Go to contracts and create a contract. User is able to see a Business Unit when creating this. .
