Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Analytics

Unable to see the interaction logged in the analytics.

We are unable to see the interaction logged in the ui in the analytics. We are using the subject area "Sales - CRM Sales Activity"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into BI > Create > new > Analysis > Search and select subject area "Sales - CRM Sales Activity" > select Interaction column > seeing blank data

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the interactions created
