Symptoms

Assigned To and Category fields are not getting populated with values. When agent tries to use 'Assign to me' action on SR, the error pops up

The resource is not at Assigned Group




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any SR. Assignee and category are blank

2. Try to assign the SR to the user, who is available.

3. Error message pops-up
