Shipment Screen Does Not Display Receipts With Invoices Entered (Doc ID 3039013.1)

Symptoms

In the shipment screen, when users filter shipment using the status Invoices Entered, no results are displayed despite having multiple shipments with invoices associated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create PO, receive it and create invoice
Go to the shipment screens and filter shipments with the invoice entered status
Note that no shipments are displayed
