Unable To Change Subscription's Status Records Using Import Management Process (Doc ID 3039137.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Import

When attempting to close subscriptions through import management process
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

The subscription validation couldn't be completed due to errors. Fix the errors before attempting to import the subscriptions again. (OSS-6075371)"You must specify the Sold-To Customer party for the subscription. (OSS-6075085)"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new import process.
2. Upload the CSV file > submit the import process.
3. When the import finishes the error appears.
