Symptoms

Approval via Email, not working for the external agent Transactions

Transactions are created by external agents. When the approver is tries to approve the transaction via email, getting the following errors. However, if the approver logs into the system and tries to approve, it works fine.

Could not perform Action: Approve
Could not perform Action: Submit for Approval
Auto Forwarding failed for the following reasons:
Could not find group or user with the name ****** in the advanced auto-forward rule
