Fusion Compensation: Salary: New Salary Is Not Reflecting In Change Salary Page for Terminated Employee (Doc ID 3039260.1)

Goal

The HR Extraction date is 31-DEC-2023 and the employee termination date is 15-JUN-2024.

As per the HR Extraction date, the employee is eligible for the plan, but their new salary is not getting transferred into Core HR.

This is error message that shows in administration reports:

ERROR
-----------------------
A salary record exists that starts before the effective date of the salary adjustment posted causing in a mismatch of the base salary used in the current adjustment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups > Person Management.
2. Search for and select the employee.
3. In actions menu, select Change Salary.
