Symptoms

When attempting to view the Oracle Users object associated with a given user in salesforce, the Oracle Users object will not load in the SF user admin page and an error will be shown:

Content cannot be displayed: Map key xxxx not found in map

Changes

 This has usually been seen to occur after refreshing the salesforce site
