Lines Duplicated when user create a new Purchase Requisition (PR) and error is occurring:

The tax information couldn't be generated. Contact procurement application administrator (POR-2010273)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PR
2. Duplicate Line
3. Error
