If you are not able to see the message "If you still want to provide feedback, Click here" in the Provide Feedback step using Chrome browser, please check if it is the same as the case mentioned in this document.
* This has been reported in the following cases:
- The language setting in User Preferences > General is set to Japanese.
- Google translate function is enabled in the Chrome browser and Japanese tab is selected in the function.
