On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Hierarchy sort order does not reflect how Hierarchies were loaded into Oracle ERP, rather hierarchies are sorted alphabetically in the manage account hierarchies screen and the reports based on the cubes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the hierarchies to show in the same order as loaded
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a COA and the corresponding value set created
2. Create or update a hierarchy using FBDI with a very specific order (not alphabetical)
3. Go to Manage account hierarchies and review it and the order is shown alphabetical.
