Symptoms

Adjust Assets in Spreadsheet process is status Retrying.  The transaction does not complete due to the error.

CUA_INVALID_SOURCE_LINE_ID
The Source line transfer transaction 9999999999999 failed for asset number 99999
fa_post_adjustments_t_pkg.process_lines
ORA-01403: no data found
The number of records processed is 0.
The number of records that couldn't be processed is 1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Assets > Adjust Asset via Spreadsheet
2. Perform source line transfer and post
