Restore Large Bar File Errors With "Snapshot restore failed. Error code: BAR_100501" (Doc ID 3039680.1)

Symptoms

Imported the BAR file from OBIEE 12.2.1.4 to the snapshot location successfully for the object storage bucket. The BAR file is over 38G in size.  But unable to restore it with BAR_100501 error.

Snapshot restore failed. Error code: BAR_100501
