On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Work Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Work Order - Requested Date and Start Time not updating

When updating a Work Order in Redwood, the Requested Date and Start Time doesn't get updated and it keeps reverting back to the previous value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Saved value should be persisted in Requested Date and Start Time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Non OFSC Work order > On Edit Work order > Update value for Requested Date and Start Time
2. Save
3. Reload the page, the old value is retrieved
