On MFCS v19.3:
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

ReSA UI should not be calculating tax and retail based on IGTAX for ORI. RTLOG processing does not raise any error and transaction is balance.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure VAT_INCLUDE_IND is set to N for store
2. Process RTLOG with IGTAX and ORI
3. Transaction Processed without issue, no SA_ERROR and SA_TRAN_HEAD.VALUE calculated as zero.
4. In ReSA UI transaction Edit above transaction
5. See Balance shown in UI
