Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Service Email
Oracle provided values for inbound mail channels in SVC_INBOUND_EMAIL_ADDRESSES were suddenly removed and cannot be added back
Customer observed that Oracle provided incoming emails addresses for processing service requests were suddenly deleted and when they tried to add them again they got the following error: The email accounts aren't configured for your implementation. Contact your help desk. (SVC-5295359) and ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES_U1) violated
It was working normally until last week.
