Symptoms
On : 24.0.201.3 version, Merch - RMS Interfaces
When send a message for a PO using WebService in RMS an error is received.
ERROR

Numeric or value error. Please check field length and data type.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. send a message to PO webservice using soap Action PurchaseOrderManagementService/v1/PurchaseOrderManagementPortType/createXOrderColDescRequest
