Fusion SCM INV: Transfer Order Fails With Error "The transit times weren't found between the origin and destination locations" (Doc ID 3040017.1)

Symptoms

Two new Inventory Organizations have been created, example:           InvOrg01 and InvOrg02

Additionally, the Shipping Method, Carrier and Transit Times records were created for the Internal Locations of Location01 and Location02 intended for the two Inventory Organizations.

When creating a Transfer Order with these two Inventory Organizations, the Transfer Order fails with the following error:

The behavior occurs as follows:

1. Log into the Fusion Client UI and create two new Inventory Organizations.

2. Set up the transit information under the Manage Transit Times task view:

Fusion > Setup and Maintenance > Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management > Carriers and Transit Times

3. Create a Transfer Order between the two Inventory Organizations from Source InvOrg01 to Destination InvOrg02

4. However, when the Transfer Order is being executed, it fails with the reported error:
