Need to create an MV logs on OAX_USER Schema to Implement the Incremental refresh.

Using Below syntax but Its Erroring Out -

CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG ON DW_COST_CENTER_DH

WITH PRIMARY KEY

INCLUDING NEW VALUES;

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

00942. 00000- "table or view does not exist"
