Symptoms
When the REST service for an adhoc JOB was invoked, the following error occurred in STAGE POM JOB execution.
ERROR

Error: Failed to call web service https://<CUST_NAME>-stage-rpasee-wts.oracleindustry.com:443/rpasce-ws/services/admin/submit-ee-batch?solution=apgh&batchid=<CUST_BATCH_ID>&rpastoday=default&loglevel=warning&restartstep=0&server=&exclusive=1 with HTTP response status code:502
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the REST service job
2. See that it fails with the error given.
WORKAROUND
-----------------------
The job can still be run by OAT task as a workaround.
