Symptoms

When importing data from FBDI,

the following error occurs in the job Load Interface File for Import (Import Process: Import Payables Invoices):

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE, column DESCRIPTION.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE, column DESCRIPTION.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE, column ITEM_DESCRIPTION.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length
