Goal

After 24C update bundle, Visual Builder Studio (VBS) > Preview does not open the desired page, instead a different Redwood Theme page or a blank white screen appears,

with URL like <podurl>/fscmUI/redwood/?vbdt%3ApreferExtensionVersion=%.....

Also the changes done within the VBS Workspace are not visible in the preview pages.
