Symptoms
The pre-check of database upgrade in OCI VM DB system failed with DCS-10326
Login to the DB server and verify the job failure
1. dbcli list-jobs
2. dbcli describe-job -i <id of failed upgrade job>
3. Verify the dbua logs in /u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbua
