English Text Is Not Being Translated to Another Language Even Though It Is Configured in Internationalization (Doc ID 3040951.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

English Text is not being translated to another supported language even though it is configured in the Internationalization settings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The English Text should be translated to the configured language.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment as the user.
  2. Navigate to any project > go to Payment Applications Business Process.
  3. Go to the detail form > Line Items > add a Line Item.
  4. Notice that there is English Text displayed that is configured to be translated to another language in the Internationalization settings and it should be displayed in the non-English text.
