Symptoms

When a Learning Specialist is trying to view the Skills and Qualifications page to setup Prerequisites for a Course, the section "What are the prerequisites to take this learning" gets stuck loading with no results.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to My Client Groups->Learning->Courses
  2. Select any Course and click Manage under Skills and Qualifications in the Definition Tab for the Course.
  3. Redwood page loads but the section under "What are the prerequisites to take this learning" gets stuck loading.
