Symptoms
On : 24.04.0 version, VB Studio (FA)
When attempting to deploy an Application Extension to the Oracle Cloud Applications Production Instance,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Changes made to connections page.
2. Published to TEST Instances and works as expected.
3. Run build to publish changes to PROD.
4. Error message is received and deployment job fails.
