OCI Ops Insights : Capacity Planning -> Host -> CPU Not showing All The Hosts. (Doc ID 3041037.1)

Symptoms

Login to OCI Console.
Navigate to Ops Insights -> Host Fleet is showing all the Expected Hosts with OCI Management Agent as Telemetry.
But under Ops Insights -> Capacity Planning -> Host -> CPU -> RHEL 9.x hosts are not showing.

Validation of the below command fails on the Reported RHEL 9.x host(s).
