How to Correct the Browser Limiting the Number of Lines Displayed in Debug Mode? (Doc ID 3041048.1)

Goal

When running in Debug Mode, when generating the Debug Log, usually customer is able to see exactly the number of debug entries they have chosen to include in the debug log.  However, in this case, the user chooses 20000 lines for debugging purposes but, even though the number of lines is increased, only about 5000 lines are shown.  This worked previously in the same environment using the same version.  How to correct this?
