Are Visual Builder Studio Build Executors Moved When Tenancy Location Is Moved? (Doc ID 3041056.1)

Fusion instances including Visual Builder Studio (VBS) have been moved, for example from Ashburn to Montreal. Rationale for this may be that a local municipal government expects to have all its data and processing in the local country, in this case Canada. VBS is operational at this time, but it is noticed that VBS Build Executors are in Ashburn and there is concern that builds will stop working when the Ashburn tenancy is eventually shut down.

Is there a plan to move the Ashburn Build Executors to Montreal for example?
