When editing a draft negotiation (RFQ, RFI or Auction), the Negotiation Layout field is not visible on the Overview step. So buyers or category managers won't be able to change the default negotiation layout and select a custom PDF template. Because of this issue, the negotiation PDF document can only be generated using the default template set in the Configure Procurement Business Function task in Setup and Maintenance. Therefore only the default negotiation PDF will be sent to suppliers in the invitation notification.

This only affects negotiations that are created from requisitions (by adding requisitions to the document builder on the Process Requisitions page), or by renegotiating blanket purchase agreements.

Changes

 Customers taking the 24C update in August and September could be impacted. The fix will be included for customers who take the 24C update in October.
