ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reprocess Install base update scheduled job is not picking the records in pending status
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The process is executing every 30 mins is expected to pick up record and creating warranty.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule the ESS job - Process Installed Base Updates to execute every 30 mins.
2. The process executes every 30 mins as expected but it is not picking any record and creating warranty.
3. There are many tasks which are in pending status the running job is not processing those.
