Symptoms

When attempting to import journal entries via Journal Entry ADFDI Spreadsheet, "Import Journals: Child" job fails with "ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.GL_JE_BATCHES_U2) violated".

Error

 

Steps to Reproduce
1. Download Journal Entry ADFDI Spreadsheet from (N)General Accounting > Journals > Create Journal in Spreadsheet

2. Open Journal Entry ADFDI Spreadsheet

3. In [Multiple Journals] sheet, enter multiple journal entries

4. Submit the spreadsheet using "Submit Journal Import" option

5. "Import Journals: Child" job is submitted automatically and it fails with ORA-00001 FUSION.GL_JE_BATCHES_U2 error
