Goal

You have an employee who is getting promoted in the worksheets to a new Job Code/Grade Combination that does not have any Salary Ranges. So the Salary range low, mid and high are Blank.

However, the New Quartile and the New Compa-Ratio are still calculating in the worksheet. If there are no ranges, the New Compa-Ratio and the New Quartile should not be calculating.

How to resolve this issue?
