24C : PRC : RSSP - Adding Additional Approvers Function In Responsive Self Service Procurement Is Not Working (Doc ID 3041271.1)

After upgrade to 24C , the 'Add Approver' Option is not working - The  LOV has no values . User can type a name but it is not found.

We know the people we are searching for are in the system. We have tried it with Firefox, Chrome and Edge and get the same results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to use the  add Approver option during the shopping checkout

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Responsive self service Application  and Create Requisition.
2. From Actions - view Approvers.
3. select an approver from the desired rule participant and use the Add Approvers option.
4. Add approvers LOV is empty we can type the name but it is not found.
