Symptoms
When attempting to access alternative flows from Calculate QuickPay UI, such as the QuickPay Payments flow, users are encountering the below error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- My client groups > Payroll >> Calculate QuickPay
- Select the employee
- Click "Actions"
- Select 'QuickPay Payments
- Observe error
