Symptoms

From NSAW or FDI -> OAC Console ->  Menu "Data" -> Select "Connections" tab -> Create Connection -> MySQL Database connection

Enter the details -> Receive the following:

"Failed to save the connection. Invalid connection details were supplied. Please enter the correct details and try again." Customer would like to know if this is a supported connection
