"Completion Criteria" section is missing for embedded application tasks such as "Family and Emergency Contacts"

This application task is now available as an embedded application task from 24C.

The completion criteria region is available on the application task but is missing on the embedded application task.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Since completion criteria is available for "Family and Emergency Contacts" when setup as application task, the criteria feature should be available for embedded task as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Checklist Templates
2. Open a checklist (or create a new)
3. Add a Task
    Embedded Application Task = Family and Emergency Contacts
4. See completion criteria section is missing
