Symptoms

A user withdraws from a learning item but the Assignment status goes to Withdraw Pending Approval status. This is not correct as the Approvals Rules configured are set to "Information only".

When viewing the Transaction console, it shows it completed but when trying to view the details, it freezes and times out.
