ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When going to Fulfillment Tab in Contracts page, the users are not able to to add lines because there is no Add or Plus button

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------

Users should be able to add Fulfillment lines in Buy intent contracts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------

Create Contract

Add Lines

Go to Fulfillment tab

See that there is no Plus button
