Symptoms
System is creating estimated measurement lowerthan the previous measurements during billing estimate
When the billing batch is estimating the bill for an account it created a system estimate measurement whose measurement value/usage is lower than the most recent previous measurement's measurement value/usage. When observed, there is a negative consumption measurement recorded previously which might be leading to this. Can you please let us know if there is a way to skip/ignore the negative consumption measurement being considered for calculating the estimated measurement.
Issue: In an environment where multi time zone is disabled, when updating a measurement to do not use where the next measurement crosses DST shift, extra measurement record is created instead of correcting the value for the existing next measurement.
