On : 24A version, WAM Work Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System error (Message number 11001, 502) when trying to open Service Call record

While trying to open Service Call record for the 1st time, we're getting System error (Message number 11001, 502) . On the same login session, if I go back to same record, no errors.
I tried the debug the session to see the logs and I get "Error getting logs for user".
