Issue with Account Bill/Payment History
Account Bill/Payment History portal is stuck while loading without displaying the data
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should fetch and display the records of the completed bill/payment history on the account. -Failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
The account Bill/Payment History portal is stuck while loading
without displaying the data.
The account Bill/Payment History portal is stuck while loading the details without displaying the data.
If the account:
1. does not have any completed bill records/payment records, not even one – the blank
screen with no values remains, it automatically ends the process.
2. even if there is one completed bill/payment record, the screen gets stuck while loading
the data.
