Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The statuses in the Workflow tab of a Business Process (BP) record show different values for the same step in BP records. For example, one record shows the status Completed, while another records shows the status of Closed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The status in the Workflow tab of a BP record should match the status of the same BP Record step.
