REPORTED ISSUE:
It has been reported that since the move to OCI, the only way to assign roles to users is by manual procedure handled by admin users.
The procedure expects the admin user to:

- Enter the Xadmin home of a single organization
- Access the feature
- Add the user
- Assign a role.

Users with access to more organizations (HQ users) cannot be managed in one page and so the procedure has to be repeated up to 6 times. The manual procedure is not sustainable if you consider we have multiple brands/organizations, are rolling out in multiple countries with approx. 2000+ stores. The expectation from this is that thousands of users are to be added to XAdmin with a specific role.

The request is an enhancement in that an automation which would assign access rights for XAdmin access based on recognition of some IDCS attributes (base or custom) mirrored by the IdP. The grant could be driven by some mapping table between a conditional statement based on IDCS attributes values and the outcoming desired XAdmin role.

This could free up expensive project and AMS resource and could provide predictable and error-free outcomes.
