Goal

How to support agents from different Business Units when creating new Service Requests?

If the customer sets the HZ_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_BU_CRM profile option to a BU like "Domain A_BU" and when another agent with a different BU (Collective B_BU) logs in and creates an SR, the SR BU is "Domain A_BU"  and not "Collective B_BU".
