Descartes Data Content Is Failing With HTTP Failure 200 (Doc ID 3041828.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.2 version, Integration

Below error occurs when we tried to Download Data Content from GTM Master Data , Process Management.

 ERROR
-----------------------
[215244] HTTP Failure on https://gtm.content.descartes.com/status/statusdocument.xml: 200


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Process Management > Download Data Content
2. Shows data Successfully Submitted
3. Log file shows Error as 200

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to download the data from Descartes
