ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

RICS subscriber adapters are aborted and goes down in RIB-EXT after Node Repavement
i.e., Noticed that all RIB-EXT subscriber adapters aborted/goes down which were running fine before the node repavement.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The adapters should be up & running after note repavement.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Subscriber adapters are going down in RIB-EXT
