ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Route Impact for the origin resource does not account for Final Travel (that's being saved). the “Route impact” for tech A (source) does not account in extra travel for the “Final Travel”, only the activity travel. However, the “Route Impact” for tech B (destination) does account for Final Travel.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Route Impact should account for Final Travel for both origin resource and destination resource


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set tech A with home location
2. Set tech B with home location
3. Created activity in tech A route with valid location
4. Activity got assigned 1:17 travel and FInal travel set to 1:19
5. Attempting to move job from tech A to tech B, Assignment Assistant was invoked
6. Route impact listed next to tech A: activity duration: 2hrs and extra travel 1:17, not accounting for FInal travel.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Route Impact is incorrect and gives false impression that time is saved, when in reality is the opposite.
