Symptoms

Problem Description:

When referring a candidate or employee below error occurs:

A job application already exists for this candidate. (IRC-1590048)

This information should be confidential and the User referring a candidate or employee should not be informed that the employee has already applied for the job.

 

Steps:

  1. Go to Opportunity Marketplace >
  2. Search for job >
  3. Select job >
  4. Drop-down on Actions and select Refer Candidate / Refer Employee
  5. Error occur if the referred candidate or employee already applied for the job
