PRC:POR: Responsive Self Service page (RSSP) - Valid Charge Accounts (Doc ID 3042183.1)

Symptoms

The user is trying to split the requisition Distribution, and is unable to change to a valid charge account.

Issue specific to Responsive Self Service page (RSSP).

Steps to reproduce:

1. User navigates to new RSSP UI

2. Create non catalog request.

3. Chooses category and other details.

4. Navigates to cart, selects ‘split Distribution’.

5. In the new distribution line, tries to select a valid charge account, but the LOV does NOT show the values.

The same action via the Standard SSP UI, works fine.
